Sunday Detox: Fresh And Easy


Hello lovelies! Here's a way to get your water to tastes great and helps with a bunch of other stuff too!

1. It aids in digestion.
2. It makes your breath smell better
3. It helps balance out the pH in your body (no diseases can live in a balanced pH environment)
4. It aids in Liver health and oxygenates your body
5. It has a lot of antioxidants that help keep you healthy
And it's easy to do!

All you need is a pitcher of filtered water, 2 lemons, 2 limes, dice them up toss them in and let it sit for a while so the juice can infuse the water and voila, fresh lemon-lime water.
